The Regis School of Music's end-of-term celebration, featuring performances from students of all ages and abilities showcasing the progress made throughout the year, including the inaugral performance of the RSM Community String Orchestra in the 5pm performance.

Calling women and mums in the Bognor area!

Laura Blake of Singing Mamas and The Regis School of Music invite you to a trial session for just £3 - to sing together with other women and to have a cup of tea and some cake.

This session will be at 10am for 90 minutes and we would love for you (and your little one if you have one) to join us.

We will sing easy, uplifting songs, all taught by Laura on the day using call and response learning - so no sheet music in sight. You can have lots of music experience or absolutely non, all are welcome.

Singing promotes bonding through oxytocin release, and it also lowers stress through dopamine, in fact there are so many benefits it's hard to list them all here.
